Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

i am from Spain and one month a go i got married with an American guy, but know i want to file for a divorce we didn't apply for the resident and also we don't have any kid and properties.

I want to know for how long i should wait if i want to get married again and apply for the green card.

There is no "waiting period". However, USCIS will look at the length of the relationship, among other factors, in determining the possibility of "marriage fraud".
