My stepdad is in mexico right now trying to get his papers to return to the U.S. but i don't want him to come back cause last summer he was touching me unappropiately when i was at home alone with him.I recently told my mom of what he did to me. I want to make sure he doesn't come cause ever since hes been with my mom she has been having money trouble and has bad credit. What can i do to make sure he doesn't come back? Can i file a police report?
