Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Aparment gate closed and damaged car
Today i was leaving my apartment and the chain on the gates broke and the gate closed in and damaged my car badly as I was driving out. I have taken pictures of the broken chain. Anything else I need to do? What is likely to happen?

If your insurer repaired the car, let them fight the battle..if no insurance, or a deductible..the apartment should pay..and if they don't you can go to small claims court for up to $10,000 in damage
