Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

EUO Help

I was 10% share owner of a LLC and my now ex partner was 90% share owner. We then used that LLC to start a business in 2006. That business was broken into on July 24th of this year and has since caused us to get a lawyer to help the LLC with the insurance claim. My EUO is coming up and now after meeting with the LLC's lawyer both my ex partner and I feel that there are questions that we are not getting answers to since the law firm only handles the LLC and not us personally. One thing that was brought up at this meeting is that I may need to get a criminal lawyer to sit in on the EUO to tell me which questions to answer and which ones not to answer. When we asked if we need a criminal lawyer the LLC lawyer said I dont know and don't care. I am not in criminal law and I only represent the LLC. I do not represent the LLC anymore and I do want to give the EUO but I dont know if I need a criminal lawyer. I have had past personal claims but does that have anything to do with the business claim and can they use that information? Since my name was not on the policy and it was in the LLC's name do they have the right to use that personal information without my permission ? The LLC Lawyer wont help personally and I feel I need help.
