Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

I was recently in an accident where I hit the back of a car. I was not aware that I was not under my parents allstate liability insurance policy. I don't know if the damages to the other car and its passengers are covered or if I wil be sued? If I am sued what could be the possible consequences? Can I do anything to fix this situation?

First determine if you have insurance or if your parents' insurance would cover the incident since you were driving their car. Your parents should talk with their agent. If you do not have insurance and are sued, you definitely need to hire a lawyer immediately.
