DMCA abuse?

How accurate is this. Our site sells subscriptions to our own VIP hacks (cheating online isn't against the law) and Nexon claims we are infringing on their rights, but I'm sure we aren't because we make no money from their name, only from our own developed hacks.
We have reason to believe they are abusing the DMCA

Did you receive a letter from a lawyer, or a temporary restraining order? (was this delivered by mail, or was it delivered by a process server?)
