Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas

My husband got diagnosed with cancer. He wanted to go to the cancer centers of america in Oklahoma. They told him because their doctors were out of network for him he could not come there, but he could go to the cancer center in Chicago. He was to sick to board an airplane. I explained to the center in Oklahoma that he had very good insurance that was paying 100% so even if the doctors were out of network it still would of paid very good. Also, he had a cancer policy that paid for chemo and other cancer related medicines and care. Still, he was not allowed to come there. My question could they deny him admittance or should he have been allowed to come there knowing he would have to pay more on his part. Thank you Linda
