Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas

I don't see a specific contract for work that would protect the intellectual property rights of the individual with the idea from any contractor ie. programers

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Contracts that include intellectual property issues must be customized to a particular set of facts and circumstances. You can't buy a boilerplate contract for this. Consult with a good intellectual property or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
