rather stale dated,,35 years, reached aggrement with j c davis,dallas contractor.to submit a extendable extension for a paint spray gun,(pole gun) to reach from 3/20 ft,via telescoping aluminumn pole and standard paint hose, signed witnessed,notorizes aggrement,to turn over sane to him for research and development,(nothing mentioned on sales or marketing) any profit to be shared equally,,,,recently found internet and looked it up,found to patents same,4013225 and 3915382,with attorneys moore and crutsinger listed,,assume jc dead as 70+ them,,oddly enough found same still marketed by several cos,, would aggrement be valid,,or was it ever,, as local sales funds were paid $100,over year or so exchanged,that recall notes,,,descrepency noted, list jc as inventor on patent
