Use of webpage content to make commercial decisions

Can I use information obtained from websites to make commercial decisions as to how I advise my clients. Specifically can I use the horse racing odds from the drf.com site to advise folks as to when to bet? Their odds are updated every minute with a live feed.

It appears that you are conducting an illegal enterprise; my best advice, and I mean this sincerely, would be to stop breaking the law.
