is there a Canadian counterpart to this site, or something comparable? I need the Canadian Statutes of the same offenses of Texas to cite in order to request a Pardon from Canada

Re: canadian law

If you go to lawguru.com (the start page for the web site) and start from the beginning to post a question, just make sure that you select Canada as the country (the countries are listed below the US states on the drop down menu) and then select immigration law as the topical area.

That will make the question available to those who practice Canadian immigration law, who are the folks best able to tell you all about how the Canadian Border Service Agency handles situations such as your own. There is no guarantee that you'll get a resposne, but it is worth a try.

If that does not work, then I suggest that you use LawGuru to look up an attorney in Canada and pay for a consultation to get answers to your questions.
