Legal Question in International Law in Texas

I am a Dutch citizen. My wife is American citizen and from Houston, Texas. We live in Holland but we are planning to move to America (Texas) within 6 months and start our future there.

We are also planning a family. My wife cannot have children the natural way and needs IVF treatment however. We were planning to get pregnant before migrating, using IVF treatment, as it is free here in Holland. But we were told it is absolutely illegal to do IVF treatment here and migrate to America while being pregnant, and have the child born in America. Is that true?

Awaiting your answer, and thanks for the service.

No, that's not true. She is an American citizen, and can't be denied admission to USA just because she is pregnant via IVF.

You, however, will need an appropriate visa. And if you plan to move back to US in 6 months, you need to start working on YOUR immigration now and without delay. Your wife must petition for you first.
