I don't actually know. I've sent out some e-mails to track down this information. Most of the resources I've found online are in French, which I don't speak.

I know this is a non-answer. I assume you read/write French and/or Arabic. Send me an e-mail and I'll respond with the websites I've found that might help.

Also, I expect to receive a note from the Algerian Embassy in D.C. about this.
