Legal Question in International Law in Texas

internet fraud

Dear Sir, I sold an expensive coat on ebay last October. In December the buyer filed a chargeback with her c.c. company and she won the case even though she left positive feedback for the goods received. The same buyer has also done this to scores of other ebayers. She is no longer a registered user of ebay. Paypal will not refund me the money (547) as shipping was not trackable online even though I still have all the documents and the goods were sent to a verified address and bank account. The buyer lives in Texas and I am in the UK. Please advise me on getting either the goods back or payment for them without further cost to myself. Yours sincerely,--name removed--

Re: internet fraud

You can report the buyer to the police where she lives and the Texas Office of the Attorney General, but any legal action by you will cost you for an attorney in Texas to handle it.
