Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I am being accussed of stealing company time by clocking in earlier than the time I arrived. What should I do?

I can you clock in before you arrived? If you did this some way, you should not talk with anyone about the incident and possibly hire a lawyer. If it is a small amount of money involved, you will likely just be fired. However, if it is has happened a lot over a period of time and amounts to a larger sum of money, you could be filed on for theft. It is in your best interest (criminal charge-wise) to not talk to company people nor to police.
