Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I got charged for something I did at a previous job. They told me however that the situation would be kept quiet and that no other employees would know. I learned however that some of them do.. can i sue for them not keeping it private?

No. It isn't slander to tell someone the truth.

"Fred got caught stealing" isn't slanderous if it's the truth.
