Commision Pay

I was terminated from my job today, and was told I can not have my august commission in texas

don't they have to pay me my commission

probably...make a written demand, and if less than $5,000 you can go to a small claims court..the local JP..justice of the peace and do not need a lawyer..but make a written demand before suing..Our firm has had success in these cases but insist on a retainer as we always find the employer has a different story...ie it is owed for advances, etc..
