Deduction of final Wage
My sister works at Darque Tan. She was talking to me and asked me a question which I didn't have an answer to. She said that when she is late (late to work), they deduct $50.00 from her paycheck. She gets like $7.50 an hour or so, so pretty much her work all day is free and then some. Is this legal?

No. That is blatantly illegal.
