Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
the determination dated jan 7th 2013, approving bennefits without diaqualification, is reversed. the clamaint is disqualified under section 207.004 of the act beginning dec 9, 2012, and continuing until the clamiant has returned to employment.
it also says the chargeback ruling is reveresed. there will be no chargeback to the empolyers account as a result of this claim.
what does this mean? do i still get benefits or not? its confusing

there should be a telephone # on the letter..call them but as I understand, you were paid unemployment benefits and they will stop..but CALL and get the facts since u have the right to appeal
