employee chargebacks for mistakes
Is is legal for an employer to withhold wages or charge employees for mistakes they make on the job? ie ordered the wrong part? or caused another department to spend time correcting an error.

It is not lawful to withhold wages on this basis. In some circumstances, it might be appropriate to charge the employee.
