If your employer continues to pay you after you've quit, can they ask for the mo

I quit my job 2 months ago and am still receiving paychecks, I am sure by accident. If they are paying me if error, can they force me to return the money? Since the employer is a bank where my current account is held, can they also retrieve the money directly from my account without my permission?

Not only can they compel you to return the money, it is theft to keep it and subjects you to criminal penalties, including prison for ten or more years depending on how much you have knowingly retained. By all means, return it in full immediately and notify them of their error and hope they do not prosecute.
