Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
Can my employer cuss and scream at me ? My boss called me on the phone and in a 5 min conversation said about 10 cuss words at me. This happens on a regular bases.

When people "cuss" you on the phone, hang up on them. Every time.
One interesting aspect of a telephone conversation is that you can terminate it unilaterally at any time.
Why would you stay on the telephone with someone who is verbally abusing you?
