Final Paycheck Not Received
My former compay says they mailed out my final paycheck on Friday. Here it is a week later and I have not received it. I know under TX labor law they have 6 calender days to give me my check. Does mailing it within this time frame count as giving it to me or do I physically have to have it in my hands within 6 days. It was mailed from Austin, TX to Austin, TX. I do not believe they mailed it.
