Can I be forced to sign a no compete agreement after 18 months on the job? And told that I will be fired if I do not sign it. Also can they force an agreement that will not allow me work in my feild of employment of any kind for 2 years? Thanks.

You can't be "forced" to sign anything.
They can fire you if you don't sgn it.
