Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

My husband is employed by a temporary service in which he has a regular ticket to a company. Meaning he goes to the same company every day, as one would with a "regular" job. Out of the last 8 weeks, at least 6 of his payroll checks has bounced. One through our personal account, the others at check cashing stores. He notified his supervisor of the issues each time. The employer has done nothing to correct the problem. Last week, my husband was told yet another time that his checks would no longer be cashed at the store due to all of the ISF checks the company continues to put out. What can we do about this? Our account is in the negative and we are facing problems in cashing his check this week, as all of the stores are refusing to take his check.
