Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Labor Law- Final Pay

I quit working for my employer effective 09/01/08. The last pay I received was on 09/01. I was due a pay check on 09/15 for my final pay and did not receive it. They did however pay me incentives today (approximately half of what my hourly wages were worth), which in the agreement outlines that they are not to do once an employee has separated volutarily. How long do they have to issue me my final pay for 80 hours I worked between 08/15 and 09/01?
