Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I live in Texas and I have an important question regarding Texas Law. I was terminated from a financial institution, I was terminated based on the false ccusations that I can prove were false. My question is can I sue the associates of this company individually for defaming my name.

yes....remember you have the burden to prove your allegation..and apparently you are severely damaged..loss of reputation, etc...loss od income..so contact us or a lawyer who will fight the battle..but do not expect a lawyer to take a case like this on a contingency..
