Personnel files, and time as it relates to breaks and lunches
My questions are as follows: 1) as an employee am I entitled to a copy of my personnel file? 2)Is my employer required to offer me two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks as well as a specified lunch during the course of an eight (8) hour work day.

If you work for a private company, the answer to both your questions is probably "no."
