Registered nurse in, required to take a drug test because someone is stealing meds. What should I do if mine comes back positive? I am not the one taking stuff from work, but I think it may be positive. :(

Your question cannot be not answered without more information. You urgently need to see an attorney who is experienced both as a practitioner in employment law and most importantly in advocacy involving the State Board of Nursing, peer review, and the State Office of Administrative Hearings.
