Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Request to change legal counsel

I currently have an attorney, however due to my attorney's lack of motivation to actually represent me, I am thinking of filing a motion pro se to ask the court for time to find a new attorney. How can I do this pro se? Are there any sample forms out there that can provide assistance?

Re: Request to change legal counsel

Don't. If you're going to fire your lawyer, get a new one. Have the new lawyer file the motion. Don't do this on your own.
