Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Can a salary employee be docked due to the shop being closed. They are forcing their salary employees to use sick time or vacation in order to get paid becasue they decided to allow the hourly employees to take time off without pay because the work is slow

Call TWC ...tex workforce commission..but remember employers can fire for any reason except limited discrimintation lists..ie age, sex, etc....and when fired one waits a long time.....good luck.
