I am on salary and no matter how many hours I work, I am paid the same amount, ranging between 80-110 hours every two weeks. The last two weeks I missed four days due to son's school closed for the week. I have used all my vacation days but I had to stay home. My employer docked my pay for four days that I missed. My questions is Was it right for my employer to dock my pay even though I am paid the same amount no matter how many hours I work?
not if on salary and employer has avoided overtime..yu may have FLSA case..for all overtime not paid in past two years
