Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

My spouse cheated on me with a co-worker. He and i have been married for 23 years with four kids to grown and the other 17 and 12. He spent over half of the money in the retirement fund and said he left 5000.00 in the fund. He opened up a 10,000.00 cd with a maturity date of 2012. The total amount of the cd was 34000.00. Am i entitled to any or what portion of his retirement fund. he told me i can not sue him for alimony because i had to be acustomed to a certain type of lifestyle in the marriage. He moved out and got an apartment 5 months ago and he does not help with food or bills

If you want help, call a lawyer now...yes you are entitled to more than half and alimony...he has his opinion and it is not a legal opinion..
