Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was terminated for something I did not do, my employer claims to have it on tape from the cameras, but they refuse to let me see the tape. I know I didn't do it so it can't be on the tape, do they have to allow me to see the tape to be able to defend myself?

Ask yourself: Do you really want to work for these idiots?

Go find another job. Don't bother suing your former employer; you won't be able to find a lawyer who will do it on a contingency fee basis.
