Today I quit my job because I was shoved and threatned by another employee and the owner of the company would not take any actions towards him. Where do I start and what kind of action should I take?

You can file charges (assault) against the person who shoved you. Don't be too surprised if the police figure out a way NOT to help you.
And you should start looking for a new job.
