I am currently unemployed with zero income after being taken off work on 4-28-2010 until further noticed by my doctor for more testing and medications due to late affects from 2 mini strokes that i had in july of 2008 my employer sent me a certified letter of termination on august 2 2010 that i am terminated as of 8-4-2010 for fmla after being employed with them for 17 years . do i have any chance of legal recourse ? i feel i was in reality fired because of my age of 58 and having other phisical disabilities that i received there years ago from a workers comp accident that left me without three of my fingers on my right hand
