Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

My wife works as manager of a national retail store and has been hospitalized 3 times due to work stress. The dr has reduced her to 32 hours per week until she is stabilized to go back to 40-60 hours. The Company says she must be put on Leave of Absence however she is able to work. What should we do? She works in Texas.

Some stores as Dollar General/ Dollar Tree..etc..have long work hours/plans..and your wife may need to talk to a labor lawyer...but without more facts one can't help
