Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I have been working for an employer for 2 years. I came to find out that 2 other people doing the exact same job as me are making 15-20k more than me. When I had asked about the vast difference, they said they had been there longer and had more experience. Granted that was understandable, but I worked in a more demanding department.

Back in Nov 2011, the company was said to be on a salary freeze. Again, this has not been the case. I am barely make salary over what my employees do.

Now, after much punishment, I had given my notice. I am being asked to train someone who will be making more money than me with less experience. I am also given a hard time about other matters, just to show I haven't been a 'model worker' by means of making so miserable I quit so they dont have to pay me out my vacation.

Is there any type of FLSA or discrimination case? THis has gone too far, and even though I am leaving, I feel that I was due something more through my employment.
