Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

wrongful termination

I was terminated today (10/17/07) after 23 years of employment. I was given the reason of termination due to performance issues, however, I have only received 1 disciplinary in 23 years and that was only 2 weeks ago. My severance package is even dated before the disciplinary form was discussed with me. Do I have a case of wrongful termination????

probably for age discrimination...if you see younger people at lower salaries....so contact a lawyer in that field...
