Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
apartments rented my garage
I was renting a garage with my apartment and was using it as storage. I went to get something from it and all my stuff is gone. the apartment manager said they rented it to someone else and all my stuff was thrown away. She said they are under new management and there was a mix up. Is this legal do i need to file a police report.

Send them a letter CMRRR with a demand for payment of the value of the items. You can contact the police, and I do not know if they would make a report, or advise you that it was a civil matter.
