Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Atty hired at $ 200 hour, Condemnation case (strong for us) charged us 4 days in row at 8 hours day ( $ 1,600) 2 months before Sp Maser Hearing we won. City now challenging award in GA.
How can I appeal to atty for reduction in bill ?

Your attorney won the case for you and you want to pay them less they charged? $200 an hour is a very low hourly rate for attorneys in Texas. I have been charging more than $200 an hour for more than 10 years. You should be thankful you have a good lawyer who is charging below market rate. Your request is not reasonable, in my opinion.
