My Husband and I are looking for a rental home. Do each of us have to apply for 2 different leases? Per Realtor he has to pay $40.00, and I have to pay $40.00 in order to get credit reports, rental hx, etc... Why can't I just pay the $40.00 and just add him to my Lease?
