Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
I live in a student housing apartment and am paying a set bill of $629 for all utilities and my room doesn't have a ceiling fan/light which is where I spend most of my time. The other rooms that I have checked all have a ceiling fan/light. Is there anything I can do to make the apatment owners put one in my room?
