Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

i have paid my rent for the month but had begun packing and moving out because my landlord was always threatening to lock me out and showing up without notice demanding to come in. i ve already invested alot into minor repairs around the place and liked the place ok except for the landlord always harrassing me about senseless things. she took it upon herself to have the power turned off then since i wasnt there she proceeded to break into the trailer by taking out the window units and she stole all of my personal belongings and trashed the place . She put a pad lock on the door and left a note stasting i owe her some $1500 for deliquent rent ect. meanwhile in all reality she owes me $1000 for money I loaned her when we were "friends" during the previous months. my rent was always paid i owe her nothing she in fact owes me she stole my things and locked me out mid month what can i do ?
