need to know my rights
On 11-15-2007 the water sprinkler activated for unknown reason; and my soapha and loveseat,2 endtables,2lamps; the table that go;s in front of the soapha as well;witch i renting from Aaron,s but i also lost a vcr,27'colored tv,a kentwood home stereo,pair of pioneer 6;9 car speakers,phone from bell south Vtechphone with ditial base,a bunch of clothes for the kids witch i have pitchers of all that is listed; we havent had hot water we move into this unit;witch is 5 months ;I hope someone can asiste me. thank you --name removed-- Dartez

Based on what you have stated, and assuming that the "water sprinklers" you are speaking of are the "water sprinklers" used inside a building for fire supression; you may have a valid claim against your landlord for the damage. You would need to review the terms of the lease agreement to verify that nothing in the written lease is to the contrary.
