Tenant's guest
We are renting a room to a person, she's not on the lease and she now has guests staying for long periods of time. Can I make the guest leave after a certain number of days?

Yes, but if they refuse to leave, your problem escalates. Your tenant, after proper notice and grace period, needs to sign a lease that includes this type of provision. If she doesn't, then after proper notice and period of time, you need to evict her.
