I had a utility bill put in my name 2 months ago without my knowledge.
I just found out. I am living in the same household. Can I press charges ?

You would have difficulty establishing this claim, since you live in the same house and benefit from having the utilities -- the police will ask how did you think the lights were coming on everyday? You can notify the utility company -- be prepared to lose the utility.
