Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

attorney unethica?

I know of an attorney who has not filed his federal tax returns in several years and who also has walked away from thousands of dollars in consumer credit card debt. I don't think it is right that this person should continue to be practicing law when he is not upholding it himself. What can I do as a law abiding citizen?

We don't know enough about this situation to really comment. If you have a client relationship with them and a gripe, you can always contact the state bar association.
