Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

I own a dating coaching company. I want to use hidden cameras in a public place such as a bar or night club to film my instructors approaching and talking to women. These videos will be posted on youtube and on our company website. The women will not know at the time that they were being filmed. Do I need to have them sign a consent form?

I'm no expert in this subject matter so I'm just going with my first impression -- but I think what you are doing is a really, really bad idea.

They absolutely need to sign a consent form.

Haven't you noticed that on t.v. shows that they blurr out the people's faces of the people that don't sign permission to have their likeness on t.v.?

You definately need to hire a corporate attorney to give you regular legal advice. Please consider retaining the services of legal counsel immediately. You cannot afford NOT to retain legal counsel.

I'm actually worried about your personal safety - someone is going to over-react and shoot you -- this is Texas!
