Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

I was dismissed from my job of 10 years without due process. False accusations reported to the BNE of texas by my employer.The BNE investigated accussations from my employer to be false. I have received a right to sue letter from the EEOC and waiting for BNE to close my case. I would like to sue but do not know where to start.
